There are 3 separate bedrooms, all on ground level. From the paved terrace around the house, offering plenty of shadowy space for eating and relaxing, a stair case leads up to the big roof top terrace, from where you have an amazing 180 degree view over the whole area.. The Villa is equipped with all amenities, including SAT-TV and free WiFi. In summer the air condition cools down the villa pleasantly, in winter the cosy and powerful pellet stove gets the heat up. The huge garden with over 30 olive trees, palm trees, young fruit trees, cactuses and roses is completely fenced and there are 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water. A nature reserve with typical mediterranean macchhia starts directly behind the house. you can enjoy peace and serenity even in high season.
